Have you allowed bullying and violence in your daily life? Sometimes we are not aware that we suffer from microaggressions or that our acts can be microaggressions that affect and harm people around us.
You will live a sound experience where a group of people are involved in microaggressions in a bar. You will participate in a workshop where you will identify microaggressions on social media and share situations that you have seen or experienced so that teams can reach a solution. Furthermore, you can join the 21-day challenge to detect microaggressions and change the discourse.
Recognize the microaggressions that we experience or happen around us in order to identify and limit them.
At the end of this experience, you will be able to:
- Recognize the different types of microaggressions.
- Learn to react when you are in a situation of harassment, gender inequality or microaggression.
- Identify the consequences that microaggressions cause to third parties so as not to carry them out or be participants.
